2. The RS Mizar DiamondNite Electronic Diamond Moissanite Tester is a very reliable and fast electronic diamond moissanite tester (when used correctly and according to the directions). 
DiamondNite is the first and only one step dual tester for non-diamonds (simulants) such as Cubic Zirconia, artificial moissanite, or for genuine Diamonds.

The test procedure is simple. Just touch the probe to the stone - lights will show if it's moissanite, another artificial diamond, or a genuine diamond.  These results will be confirmed with beeps.  No beep means it is a CZ or other fake; the first continuous beep means diamond (green light); and if it is followed by a lower continuous beep, then it's moissanite (red light).
