RS Mizar Moissanite Terminator Moissanite Tester MT2

Ease of use makes The Moissanite Terminator II the most popular moissanite tester. No power pack or spring clips are needed.  It is powered by a 9-Volt battery. The Moissanite Terminator II has dual test voltages to insure 100% accuracy.

Until recently, diamond simulants could only be distinguished from genuine diamond using a thermal tester like the Mizar Diamond Detective.

However, the recent introduction of synthetic Moissanite has necessitated a second test to make sure that what first tests as diamond is not in fact moissanite. The Moissanite Terminator II is designed to perform this test.

This tester should be used in addition to the traditional diamond tester or when only test for moissanite is required.This tester is not designed to tell difference between diamond and simulants other than moissanite.
