Returns

You may return your items up to 15 days from delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other applicable charges. 15% applies to all non-defective item refund requests (20% for testing equipment). The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as the original copy of the warranty (if applicable). Returned merchandise must also include all of its original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored. Please see the item description, as not all items are accepted for refund due to manufacturers' return/exchange policies.

We may accept your item exchange request for an item of equal or greater value at our sole discretion, and we may waive the restocking fee.

All merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished and must have the tag still attached (if applicable); otherwise the item will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customized items such as engraved or customized beyond options, presented on our website are considered final sale and may not be returned. We may issue partial refunds for such items at our sole discretion, if requested. Testing and other electronic equipment returns will have up to a 20% restocking fee applied; and defective items are to be replaced only with the same model.

You must obtain a Return Authorization from us by contacting us by e-mail (preferred method), or telephone, before returning your items. We will not accept any merchandise without Return Authorization. Your Return Authorization is valid for 10 days and you forfeit your return rights completely after 10-day period. We may not accept your return if you obtained RMA and did not return your item in 10 days.

Merchandise must be shipped prepaid via a traceable carrier such as Federal Express or United Parcel Service (UPS) and insured for the full purchase price. IGEM Corporation is not responsible for any returned item that is not sent in the manner set forth above.

IGEM Corporation is not responsible for any item that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.

Damaged/defective or not as ordered items:

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact us immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact us. We recommend you to contact the shipper immediately and report the damaged item to them.
