We are trying to answer all e-mails in 24 hours, most of the time you will have reply much faster.

If you need to familiarize yourself with our policies or want to check out our FAQ section - this information may be accessed from "Customer Service" menu on top navigation bar, from "Help and Info" section on left side of your screen or from bottom horizontal menu.

Menu at the bottom of the screen also contains some information no products we sell and general jewelry related information.

You can always check and update your account information (for registered) users by clicking "Your Account" link in upper right corner of your screen. Tracking and order information is available in "your account" section.
