We try to answer all e-mails in 24 hours, and most of the time you will have a reply much faster.

If your e-mail is not answered after 48 hours, please re-send it to us.

If you need to familiarize yourself with our policies or want to check out our FAQ section, this information may be accessed from "Customer Service" menu on top navigation bar, from "Help and Info" section on left side of your screen or from the bottom horizontal menu.

The menu at the bottom of the screen also contains some information on products that we sell and general jewelry-related information.

You can always check and update your account information (for registered) users by clicking "Your Account" link in upper right corner of your screen. Tracking and order information is available in "your account" section.
